Choose the Product Family First

Customization starts with an exact product or reference. Review the paper, bagasse and cornstarch collections, then send the selected sizes, quantity by item, food use and destination for a feasibility check.
Paper Food Packaging

Paper Food Packaging

Cups, bowls, plates, boxes and bags. Confirm the construction or coating, food or drink use, size, compatible components, print area and carton packing.

Bagasse Tableware

Bagasse Tableware

Clamshells, containers, bowls, plates and trays. Confirm dimensions, capacity, compartment layout, closure or lid route, food use and packing.

Cornstarch Tableware

Cornstarch Tableware

Containers, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and wrapped sets. Confirm the exact model, color or logo route, quantity, inner packing and cartons.

Choose the Level of Customization

Start with the exact product. A label or carton change follows a different approval path from direct printing, and a new size or structure may require tooling.

Production and Repeat-Order Checkpoints

Material handling equipment and raw material bags in a production area Paper converting line with rolls and production equipment Team checking and packing finished foodservice products Warehouse area with labeled foodservice packaging cartons

The working reference should connect the product, artwork, packing and order version. These points are checked separately for each selected item.

01

Product and Component

Item code, material or construction, dimensions, capacity and exact lid, sleeve or accessory reference.

02

Brand Placement

Artwork version, print or mold position, color reference, label or wrapper layout and approval date.

03

Packing and Cartons

Units per pack, inner and retail packing, carton quantity, product identification, barcode and shipping marks.

04

Repeat-Order Reference

Approved product and artwork version, plus the current quotation, availability, schedule and required documents.

Match Documents to the Product and Market

Do not rely on a generic “certificate pack.” Ask for the current file that matches the selected product or material, certificate holder or factory, standard and destination-market requirement.

Product or Material Compostability

EcoLeaderPack's sustainability page lists BPI certificates for specified uncolored and unprinted cutlery and tableware, a DIN CERTCO material registration, and TÜV Austria OK Biobased for certified raw material. Confirm whether the quoted SKU is within the applicable scope.

Food-Contact and Test Files

Request the report or declaration for the exact product, material or coating and destination. A supplier name or general material description is not enough to establish finished-product scope.

Management Systems

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 concern the certified management systems and stated activities. They do not by themselves establish food-contact or compostability performance for a finished product.

Buyer-Controlled Information

Trademark rights, barcode ownership, required market language, legal copy and destination-specific label claims remain subject to buyer review and approval.

Before approval: check the file number, holder, covered product or material, factory scope, standard, validity and permitted label or logo use.

Custom Packaging FAQ

Not automatically. Feasibility depends on the selected SKU, material or construction, available print or mold area, artwork, quantity and packing route. Where direct branding is not suitable, a label, sleeve, wrapper, retail pack or branded carton may be reviewed instead.

Send Your Custom Packaging Requirements
