Plate Format, Material and Service Parameters
Each plate is molded from sugarcane fiber. Each format has a defined service role. Round plates cover 6-10 inch portions, compartment plates provide two or three food sections, and deep plates provide 28-36 mm of rim height for foods with sauces or loose ingredients.

Round plates provide a familiar service format across several portion sizes. Square plates offer a different usable footprint and presentation. Buyers should compare the actual diameter or side length, rim depth and loaded portion rather than switching by inch label alone.
